Media Institute for Enterprise AI

The Institute for Enterprise AI is an independent research platform examining the human, organisational and public dimensions of enterprise AI.

The Institute researches the environment in which AI transformation takes place, with a particular focus on leadership, people and trust.

Our work examines not only what AI can do, but how AI is being discussed, positioned and understood by influential people, organisations and institutions, and what these signals may mean for enterprise leaders.

Our Research

The Institute's research currently includes several complementary programmes.

Pulse Check Series

The Pulse Check Series examines publicly identifiable AI commentary, engagement and associations among influential public figures who have no formal obligation to speak about AI.

The research explores the contribution these visible voices may make to the broader public narrative around AI.

Current and completed Pulse Checks include research into:

  • Celebrities

  • Elite Footballers

  • Elite Tennis players

  • Elite Formula Racing drivers

  • Elite Cricketers of the Indian cricket  league

The Pulse Checks are observational research. They do not assess whether an individual should have a position on AI.

Reading the Room on AI

The **Reading the Room on AI Series** examines AI commentary and positioning from people and institutions with an authoritative public voice on social, economic and policy issues.

This includes politicians, business leaders, organisations and countries.

The research considers the signals these voices are sending and how their positioning relates to the broader public conversation around AI.

 Why the Research Matters

Enterprise AI transformation does not begin in a vacuum.

By the time an organisation begins its AI journey, its employees, customers, leaders and stakeholders have already encountered AI through public debate, media, business, culture and social platforms.

They bring existing expectations, experiences, concerns and assumptions with them.

The public narrative surrounding AI therefore becomes part of the environment in which enterprise AI transformation takes place.

The Institute seeks to make these emerging signals visible and help leaders understand the environment they are entering.
