About the Institute for Enterprise AI
Independent research into the leadership, people and trust shaping enterprise AI transformation.
Enterprise AI transformation does not take place in a vacuum.
Before an organisation begins its AI journey, people have already formed views about AI. Those views are shaped by public debate, influential voices, business leaders, institutions, governments and wider society.
The Institute for Enterprise AI researches this environment.
Our work examines the leadership, people and trust dimensions shaping how AI is understood, positioned and experienced, and what this means for organisations navigating enterprise AI transformation.
We are interested not simply in what AI can do, but in how people and institutions are responding to it, who is shaping the conversation, and what signals this creates for enterprise leaders.
Why This Matters
AI transformation does not begin with a blank page. Employees, customers, leaders and other stakeholders encounter AI long before an organisation formally begins its transformation. They bring existing expectations, experiences, concerns and assumptions with them.
The public narrative surrounding AI therefore becomes part of the environment in which enterprise AI transformation takes place.
The Institute makes emerging signals visible, examines the patterns within them and provides leaders with a clearer understanding of that environment.
Leadership. People. Trust.
These are not peripheral considerations to enterprise AI. They are part of the environment in which transformation succeeds or fails.
